Each Felted Hot Pan Handle Holder/Eyeglass Case is handcrafted by artisans employed by a Fair Trade Cooperative in Nepal committed to empowering women and social equity. What started as a small workshop in the tourist section of Kathmandu employing five under privileged women from the neighborhood is now a strong partnership creating steady work and fair wages for 15 women employees!
